RTP
Research Triangle Park (RTP) is the largest research park in the USA and employs over 50,000 people. It is situated between Raleigh and Durham just off I-40, it is home to over 200 companies. IBM has it's largest campus outside India in RTP and it hosts numerous household names including GSK, Cisco and Bayer.
